Shipping & Returns


Christmas Update: We are currently not experiencing any shipping delays. Please order before 1pm UK time for same day dispatch. 

We're based in the UK, and we can ship our animal onesies, animal gifts and other products to any address in the world. Orders are dispatched every weekday afternoon.

For UK customers, wanting guaranteed next-working-day delivery, please select the 'Special Delivery' option in the checkout, and order before 1pm (if ordering later than 1pm, contact us first to check). The standard service is Royal Mail 1st class, which usually takes as little as 24 hours to arrive at a UK address but this is not guaranteed.

For international deliveries, it will typically take between 3 and 10 days, depending on how far away you live. We aim to deliver to Europe within 3 to 5 working days and the rest of the World in 5 to 10 working days. 

Not sure how much it will cost? Don't worry, when you place an order, our software will calculate shipping charges based on weight and let you know. For animal onesies standard shipping is just £4.50 and next-working-day-delivery is £8.55. Its less for slippers and more for big bulky items. 

International shipping to Europe is £10.50 and shipping to the rest of the world is £17.00. All orders are sent on a tracked service so you can keep an eye on where your order is.

Returns Policy

We understand that sometimes things change. You're welcome to return items within 14 days of delivery for either a refund or replacement. However we can only accept returns if the product is in 100% perfect condition - unused and unworn (other than to carefully try on clothing) and with all tags and packaging intact. We'll process the refund or replacement once we receive the return.

If you're returning an item, please note that the shipping costs are your responsibility unless we're at fault or unless we agree otherwise. Please return all items using a signed for service (e.g. Royal Mail Signed For) as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in the post. 

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, find the order in "Complete Orders" and click "Return Item(s)". We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
